THE DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH seeks candidates for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the area of organic chemistry beginning in August 2010. The successful candidate must show evidence of strong teaching skills and the ability to establish an active undergraduate research program. Primary teaching responsibilities include organic chemistry and general chemistry. A Ph.D. is required, and post-doctoral experience is desirable.
