Welcome to the Computing Help Desk

     The Computing Help Desk provides on campus support to faculty, staff, and students with technical problems. All faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to call the computing Help Desk for solutions to computing problems. The person answering the Help Desk call will take responsibility to have your problem solved.  John McKee Sloan in Computing and Network Services is the Help Desk coordinator and provides service via phone or email. Most questions will be answered on the spot or referred to other ITS staff members for follow-up.  Our goal is to provide the highest level of technical assistance and customer service to the campus community through telephone, walk-in, email and office appointments.
     We encourage you to take advantage of our services giving us the opportunity to support your needs and concerns. Every effort will be made to respond quickly and courteously to your request. Our reply will depend on staff availability, time of day, and nature of your problem. Certain questions and/or problems may be referred to personnel who can provide specialized assistance.
