The Office of Marketing and Communications is located in Fulford Hall on the third floor. The office coordinates marketing initiatives, advertising, publications production and mailing for external audiences, publicity for events, and the University master calendar. We provide graphic design and editorial services in support of admissions, development and athletics as well as many other programs on campus. Photographic services and research, media relations and maintenance of the University web site home page are also the responsibilities of the Office of Marketing and Communications.
Requesting Print Media
To create a printed publication for an external audience contact the Office of Marketing and Communications for design or editorial services. Please allow ample time — our standard timeline for producing printed pieces is 4–6 weeks. Longer if writing is required. For assistance with writing and editorial issues contact

Sending a Press Release
The Office of Marketing and Communications can help produce and send press releases to the media to publicize events, honors and awards. News releases are automatically sent out to hometown newspapers for recipients of Dean's List and Order of the Gownsmen honors. Please contact

Web Site Postings
Requests to post an item on the home page and top level pages of www.sewanee.edu should be referred to
Mark Kelly, Executive Director of the Office of Marketing and Communications. The "News and Events" section of the home page changes several times a week. All events listed on the home page
must have a web page to which the listing can be linked.
Requesting Images
Marketing and Communications maintains a large archive of digital photographs and color slides spanning the past ten years. Clients who are searching for a particular photograph may make an appointment to come to the office to browse through the collection; a cd can be burned with the selected photographs. Requests for photographs and artwork which the office staff has to research may take up to a week. Contact
