How do I make a request for materials to be purchased for the library collection? Is there a protocol I must follow? How long does this take?
There are two forms that you may use. To request books, videos, and CDs use the Materials Request Form. To request journals, newspapers, magazines and any electronic resource, use the Serials and Electronic Resource Request Form. The time will vary for these requests to be processed, especially for serials requests. Please indicate when requesting if your request is a rush.
On the average, ILL requests take about two weeks to arrive, but sometimes a quicker turn-around time is possible, especially for articles.
