Easter Semester Early Arrival- January
Deadline to complete this form is Sunday, December 28, 2008.
Only seniors who are comping immediately after Christmas break are guaranteed approval. Comping seniors will have access to the residence halls no sooner than Monday, January 5.
If you are returning for Beyond the Gates, you may return on Thursday, January 8 at 7:00pm and you must be registered with the Office of Career Services.
International students may move to their permanent rooms on Monday, January 5.
If approved, your name will be entered into the computerized ‘system’ to allow your student ID card special access to your dorm.
If you are returning from abroad or moving to a different residence hall, your room key should be picked up from your program director or coach. (Example: Beyond the Gates, Career Services will have your keys; Basketball players your coach will have your keys).
If Approved, I agree to:
Abide by all residential and university policies.
Remain in my room by myself and not host guests or social gatherings.
Be responsible for the safety of other residents as well as the belongings of others.
Keep all exterior and interior doors of the dorm locked and secured at all times.
Take care of kitchen and common areas when preparing food and be mindful of safety and fire concerns.
Be responsible for the residence hall. I will not allow my friends or fellow students to enter the building (if they are not approved to be in the residence halls). Furthermore, I will report all students who are not approved to stay to the Police or Residential Life.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in immediate removal from the residence hall and other sanctions as detailed in the student handbook.
