Kickball for Cancer

Kickball for Cancer is a non-profit fundraiser linking The University of the South, its students, and the American Cancer Society in a joint effort to raise money and awareness for cancer research.

On April 14, 2006 the first pitch was rolled and the Sewanee student body raised over $13,000 for the American Cancer Society. Kickball for Cancer is back in 2007 with more momentum, more kickballs, and a fundraising goal of $30,000!

Conceived by Sewanee students in the fall of 2005, Kickball for Cancer’s purpose is to unite the student body and the community of Sewanee, TN in the fight against cancer in a competitive and enjoyable manner.
