Mission Statement:  The Mission of the Ladies of Phi Sigma Theta is to promote sisterhood among all women.  Through this organization, our purpose is to grow and mature as a group and as individuals and become productive members of society.  We desire to become role models for other young women.  We hope to become a symbol of responsibility, respect, and community service.  We wish to promote cultural understanding and awareness unto the University of the South in order to foster diversity.  It is our desire to help promote unity on campus.
