Theta Kappa Phi was founded in 1977, making it the oldest sorority on the Mountain! The girls of TKP are fun loving and compassionate. The “teacups” participate in local and national philanthropy projects throughout the year. TKP is the largest sorority which provides a diverse group of girls who are involved in different aspects of the Sewanee Community. We throw sensational social functions! Most importantly, TKP is a wonderful environment to make new friends. So prospective Greeks-We are so excited to meet all of you during Rush! We have fun events planed such as TKP is Souper and a Halloween party. Please come by, we would love you for to meet the sisters of Theta Kappa Phi!
Current TKPs are active participants in: Field Hockey, Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, The Equestrian Team, Sewanee Volunteer Fire Department, Assistant Proctors, Order of the Gownsman, Environmental Residence, Inter-Sorority Council, Orientation Committee, Perpetual Motion Dance Performance, PEN tutoring, Sewanee Outreach, Phonathon, Pre-Orientation, Sewanee Outing Program, Arcadians and many more clubs, teams and organizations!
