Call Forward All Calls
The Call Forward (All Calls) allows all incoming calls to an extension to be automatically forwarded to a pre-selected destination to a destination within the University telephone system.
To place a call in process on hold
The Call Pick-up feature allows groups of telephones to be designated as or assigned to call pick-up groups. The members of the pick-up group can answer any calls made to any set within the call pick-up group.
There are two type of conference calls. The Single-line sets are limited to three way conferencing and the multi-line have six way conferencing. The conferees may be inside the University telephone system and outside the University telephone system. The conferees may be inside or outside the University telephone system, however, the conference is under the control of the conferee(s) within the University telephone system. All conferees will be disconnected when the conferee(s) from the University drops off.
The Call Waiting feature notifies a user with an active call that another call is waiting to be answered on the same line.
The Extended Rings featue allows the extension to ring four, six or eight times on an incoming call before going to voice mail.
Last Number Redial
The Last Number Redial feature automatically stores the last number that was dialed. The stored number can be redialed just by pressing a key on the multi-line sets.
The Meeting Reminder feature allows up to four schedule times to be entered and allows for those calls to be repeated daily if desired. The meeting reminder will ring three times and make three attempts before the scheduled time is deactiveted until rescheduled.
The Speed Dialing feature allows a user to place calls by dialing a one to three digit code. The calls may be within or outside of the University telephone system.
This feature is used to transfer a call in process to another extension.
The Wake-Up Call feature allows up to four wake-up calls to be entered and allows for those calls to be repeated daily if desired. The wake-up call will ring three times and make three attempts before the scheduled time is deactiveted until rescheduled.
